Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Good Corporate Governance guidelines, Board Policy Manual, Business Ethics and Work Ethics guidelines and other supporting guidelines related to consistent and responsible implementation of GCG.

Implement and enforce the guidelines for Business Ethics and Work Ethics (PEBK) and other guidelines related to the implementation of GCG for all PT. Xolare RCR Energy to create an ethical and dignified work environment.

Implement management reports and company financial reports that are presented in a transparent, accurate and timely manner, and ensure the fulfillment of other transparency obligations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Setting an example in all matters and creating a conducive environment in the framework of implementing Clean Xolare against Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism practices as well as fraudulent practices (Fraud) and other law-breaking practices by imposing strict sanctions for each violation.
