Term of Office of the Board of Commissioners

Members of the Board of Commissioners are appointed and dismissed by the GMS. Term of office of members of the Board of Directors and the Board Commissioner is 5 (five) years from the date of appointment or until the closing of the GMS Annually at the end of 1 (one) term of office referred to, without prejudice to the rights of the GMS to dismiss members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners at any time before their term of office ends
