Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Company is in charge of carrying out and being responsible for the management of the Company for the benefit of the Company in accordance with the purposes and objectives of the Company which have been stipulated in the Company's Articles of Association. The Board of Directors has the authority to issue policies to support the Company's business activities. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities for management, the Board of Directors is required to hold an Annual GMS and other GMS, as stipulated in the laws and regulations and the Company's Articles of Association.

The term of office for members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners is 5 (five) years from the date of appointment or until the closing of the Annual GMS at the end of 1 (one) term of office referred to, without prejudice to the rights of the GMS to dismiss members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners any time before the end of his term of office.

There is no agreement or agreement between members of the Board of Commissioners and members of the Board of Directors with Major Shareholders, customers, suppliers and/or other parties relating to the placement or appointment as members of the Board of Commissioners and members of the Board of Directors of the Company.
